The Greater Frogtown Community Development Corporation (GFCDC) is a nonprofit housing and business developer working in the Frogtown neighborhoods of Saint Paul. We provide home improvement loans and grants, vacant housing rehabilitation, new housing construction, and business development services for our community members.

National Night Out with Greater Frogtown CDC!
Greater Frogtown CDC helped co-host three National Night Out block
parties this year. The parties were located on:
- Thomas Avenue between Milton and Chatsworth
- Charles Avenue between St Albans and Avon
- Sherburne Avenue between Victoria and Grotto
GFCDC staff had the opportunity to meet many Frogtown residents
and had a wonderful time spending the evening with them.
