We provide home improvement loans and grants, vacant housing rehabilitation, new housing construction, and business development services for our community members.

Facelift offers up to $30,000
1/3 is forgiven over 5 years
1/3 is due on sale
1/3 is repaid at 5% interest ($92/month)

GFCDC LENDING PROGRAMS RECEIVE MAJOR BOOSTS FOR 2013!
We are very excited to announce that GFCDC has received two new funders for our 2013 Lending Programs!
Minnesota Housing Finance Agency approved $175,000 in funding
The federal Home Loan Bank approved $96,000 in funding.
Both are new sources of loans that GFCDC has not previously had and will be added to our allocation of $175,000 of City of St. Paul CIB funds to further our Facelift Program. These new sources will allow us to more than double are planned loan production for 2013!
