We provide home improvement loans and grants, vacant housing rehabilitation, new housing construction, and business development services for our community members.

Request for Proposals
We seeking qualified consultant(s) to work with us to provide community out reach work in the Frogtown, Summit University, North End and Dayton's Bluff neighborhoods in St. Paul.
The work will involve reaching out to communities of color in an effort to educate community members about the advantages of homeownership and opportunities to help get them into homeownership through various resources, including the Sustainable Home Ownership Program (SHOP). SHOP is a 10 year contract for deed program to help households with credit barriers purchase homes while improving their budgeting skills and credit score over a 10 year period. For existing homeowners, the community outreach work will include connecting these homeowners to GFCDC’s home improvement lending programs.
Proposals are Due Friday, February 14th no later than 5 pm.
