Service area. We serve the community covered by the Saint Paul Planning District 7. The area is bounded by University Avenue and the south, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad tracks on the north, Lexington Parkway on the west andJackson Street on the east.  Our neighborhoods include Capitol Heights, Rice-Marion, Frogtown, and East Midway.
