Becky Errigo has been the organization’s Housing Development Manager since 1999. She has a degree in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.  Her main focus has been acquisition of land, development, and construction of single-family homes. She also shares project management on the Dale Street Townhomes. Becky partners with Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation, Builder’s Outreach Foundation and Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity to develop single family houses in the neighborhood.  Previously, she worked as a project manager / design consultant / real estate assistant for a custom builder/developer.  Becky serves as a board member for Builders Outreach Foundation.

Jill Henricksen is our Assistant Director and joined the organization during its first year of operations in 1995 as the organization’s housing resources manager.  She was responsible for creating GFCDC’s loan and grant programs.  More recently Jill has worked on site acquisition and management of vacant house renovation projects as well as sharing project management on the Dale Street Townhomes.  She also is the lead project staff on the Frogtown Square mixed-use project at the northeast corner of University and Dale Street.  She also is instrumental in developing proposals and raising funds for both the operations as well as the programs and projects of the organization.  Jill is a graduate of St. Cloud State University in its Urban and Regional Studies Program.  Jill serves as a board member of University United.

Patty Lammers has been the organization’s Lending Programs Manager since 1999.  She has lived in Frogtown and is very active in the community.  She graduated from Metro State University and in 2002 completed a Humphrey Institute Fellowship that focused on community development.  She is responsible for managing the organization’s loan and grant programs.  In this capacity, she inspects every home and writes scopes of work from which homeowners obtain contractor bids.  She also manages the construction for homeowners.  She is also the organization’s bookkeeper and staffs the Finance Committee of the board.  She has other varied tasks and is a great resource and link to the residents in the community.  Patty serves as a board member of Sparc.
