We serve the community covered by the Saint Paul Planning District 7. The area is bounded by University Avenue on the south, the Burlington Northern railroad tracks on the north, Lexington Parkway on the west and Jackson Street on the east. Our neighborhoods include Capitol Heights, Rice-Marion, Frogtown, and East Midway.

The Frogtown neighborhood is conveniently located 1/2 a mile west of downtown Saint Paul, and directly adjacent to the new light rail system due to be up and running by 2014.
