Greater Frogtown CDC assists our residents with housing and home improvement services. If you are not sure about whether you qualify - or if you are ready to get started today - please contact our offices.

Home improvement grants and loans. We provide financial help in getting your home repairs and improvements completed. Our staff will help you define what works need to be done, help you get bids from licensed contractors, and inspect the work to be sure it meets your needs.

Housing development services. Our staff improves our neighborhood by purchasing vacant homes in the area and getting the ready for a new resident to move in. We also develop new housing on vacant lots in our area, which helps improve property values and provides housing opportunities for new neighbors. We have recently completed the Dale Street Townhomes at 638 Dale. Three units are still available.

Invest Saint Paul. This program, developed by Mayor Chris Coleman, targets sections of our neighbhoods for additional investment housing as well as better coordinated community services.

Housing education classes. Once the work is complete, we have help residents learn about taking care of their homes, getting ready for home ownership, and getting the permanent financing they need to own their homes in our neighborhood.
