Greater Frogtown CDC is requesting bids from general contractors for the four properties:
482 Charles Avenue
567 Edmund Avenue
543 Blair Avenue
648 Thomas Avenue
Contractors are required to walk through each of the properties; they are submitting bids for; to be considered for the work.
To gain access to a property, contractor must sign out a key from the office of Greater Frogtown Community Development Corporation located at 533 Dale Street North, St Paul, MN 55103
The time which the properties are available for viewing are:
Wednesday, November 9, 2011 from 10am-3pm
Thursday, November 10, 2011 from 10am-3pm
Friday, November 11, 2011 from 10am-3pm
Houses will be locked at 3pm
Bids are due November 21st- 12pm at GFCDC's office- 533 Dale Street

BID Clarification
In the specification, the statement "according to GFCDC Technical Specification" should be replaced with "according to City of Saint Paul HRA Rehabilitation Standards".
